Consent Decree Status Conference
The court will hold a status conference on February 24, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. to discuss matters including the City of Cleveland’s Ninth Status Report and the status of the Monitor’s review of use of force during recent protest activity.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference will be held remotely. Counsel for the parties and the Monitor will be discussing progress to date under the Consent Decree as well as any outstanding issues.
