CPOP Work Group Meeting
The Community & Problem-Oriented Policing (CPOP) Work Group is intended to be a space for community members and police officers to work together to address and develop solutions to the public safety issues that come up in our neighborhoods.
Strong partnerships and mutual trust between police and the communities they serve are essential in creating safe neighborhoods.
All Cleveland residents who want to be actively involved in shaping a community-driven approach of policing in Cleveland are welcome to join the work group.
The CPOP Work Group is a reoccurring event tentatively scheduled to meet every third Thursday of the month. The first meeting is scheduled to meet on Thursday, September 17.
Meetings will be held virtually. If you are interested in getting involved, contact firstname.lastname@example.org or register on Eventbrite: https://cpop-workgroup-meeting.eventbrite.com
After registering, you will receive a follow-up email with login details and the meeting agenda closer to the event date. Prior to the meeting, please read the Cleveland Division of Police’s Community & Problem-Oriented Policing Plan (pdf) to become familiar with the topics that will be discussed.
