About the Committee
The Police Policy and Practices Committee convenes and works with community members and experts in drafting policies and practices for the Cleveland Division of Police (CDP), including Manual Rules and General Police Orders (GPOs). This includes adopting best practices and implementing them with attention to the needs of Cleveland’s citizens.
