The Cleveland Community Police Commission seeks a qualified candidate(s) to provide a commissioner retreat. The purpose of the event is to bring together a diverse set of individuals and set them on a pathway to working as a team.

RFQ: Community Survey
The City of Cleveland (“City”) Community Police Commission (“CPC” or “Commission”), through its Interim Executive Director (“Interim Executive Director”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms providing survey research deployment and analysis. These services are needed to complete the CPC community survey.
The target population for this survey is all of the residents of Cleveland and those who have had interactions with a Cleveland Division of Police Officer over the previous twelve (12) months. The Consultant should utilize screening questions to identify this population. Given Cleveland’s population of 361,607, and with a goal of a 95% confidence level, the Commission aims for the Consultant to complete over 1,000 interviews.
The Commission shall not be hosting a pre-proposal conference for this RFP. However prospective applicants are encouraged to submit questions in advance of the deadline by e-mailing them to the Interim Executive Director at jgoodrick@clevealandohio.gov. The Commission shall answer relevant questions in the order they are received and post them to this webpage.

RFQ: Grant Administrative Services
The City of Cleveland (“City”), Community Police Commission (“CPC” or “Commission”), through its Interim Executive Director (“Interim Executive Director”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing grant administrative services on behalf of the Commission. These services are needed to manage the Commission’s 2024 grant program, with an option to renew for another year. This entity will be responsible for tasks including, but not limited to: (1) Issuing Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for grant applications; (2) Scoring proposals and recommending awards in conjunction with the Commission; (3) Administering contracts with the Cooperation of the City’s Law Department; (4) Reconciling reimbursements and advances from grantees; (5) Monitoring grantee performance; (6) Reporting; (7) Maintaining records for auditing purposes.
A recorded pre-proposal conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on June 10,
2024 at 3:30p.m., Eastern Time. At or before the conference, interested parties
may submit or ask questions pertaining to the enclosed RFP and the services
desired. Proposers are encouraged to attend the conference although attendance
