Note: The Rules Committee will go into an executive session to discuss matters concerning proposed changes to police disciplinary matrix and procedures, related collective bargaining matters, and the City’s rights and obligations under relevant collective bargaining agreements and applicable labor law. Ohio Revised Code 121.22(G)(4) authorizes executive sessions when “preparing for, conducting, or reviewing negotiations or bargaining sessions with public employees concerning their compensation or other terms and conditions of their employment.”
